At Quartz Co., we stand by the quality of our Canadian-designed outerwear; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unworn condition. Please note that all returns must include original tags and packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original box and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your return back to our Montreal facility.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
